Menu ideas for cabin camping in a limited kitchen ?

We are going to a small 2 room cabin for 4 nights and will have a small microwave, dorm fridge and maybe a stove burner. We will have access to a grill. Any creative ideas for food that is easy and doesn’t take much space ? Will have ice chest to supplement fridge…. Ah, and I am feeding 14 and 16 year old boys !!!

Wow, that’s a tall order. I’d put together some meat/veggie stir fry’s ready to be cooked into ziplock bags. You can make up a batch of rice or noodles at home and take it with you saving some time. Just be sure to take your largest skillet. I would also consider cooking some larger cuts of meat at home…like a beef or pork roast…that way the hard part is done. You can slice or shred it for sandwiches, tacos, stir fry’s, bbq…whatever. Good luck. I might also give thought to taking my crock pot. That’s also a great meal all in one place…providing your cabin has electricity.
