Camping Flashlight Kids
Do you have a favorite camping memory?
I took my kid camping when he just turned 3. Just me and him. When I was reading the “The Honey Hunt” to him in our tent with the flashlight, he said to me “Daddy’s my friend”. I’ll remember that for the rest of my life….Do you have a fav. camping adventure story?
It was a daycamp memory, does that count? (even though I have gone camping with my children a lot, more than 50 times I’m sure)
My favorite was when I was 7 months pregnant with my youngest child and I was a cubscout leader for my others. I loved watching them learn new things like BBgun shooting, Archery, and being natural sharp shooters. The sweet ‘aww’ that came from their mouth when they seen a fluffy baby bird. The laughter as they slid around on a giant soapy wet tarp bumping into eachother on inner tubes. Looking in the rear view mirror to see them slumped ontop of one another in the backseat sleeping.
